Meet Dr. Villanueva
Dr. Villanueva is board-certified in internal medicine. Dr. Villanueva practices internal medicine and primary care; and has a special interest in geriatric medicine. He has an office and hospital practice; and he sees patients in several area assisted-living facilities and retirement homes.
His areas of specialty include diagnosing; treating; and helping to prevent adult diseases; such as diabetes; hypertension; high cholesterol; chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); coronary artery disease; asthma; and much more.
Dr. Villanueva received his medical degree from Santo Thomas University in Manila; Philippines; one of the oldest universities in Asia. He finished his residency training at St John’s Episcopal Hospital in New York; an affiliate of the State University of New York Downstate Medical School.
Meet Franco
Franco is graduating from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a double major in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology and Neuroscience while compiling over half a decade in the healthcare field. He is also Vice President of Global Medical Brigades, a nonprofit health and sustainable development organization that works with volunteers from North American and European universities, as well as local staff in Central America and West Africa to partner with communities to reduce inequalities.
His relevant education, skills, hands-on experience, and familiarity with the general requirements of assisting and caring for patients as well as providing aid to practitioners and other members alike offer him the confidence to contribute to the company’s success. He has always held a strong passion for medical service, especially Neuroscience, and making a global impact.
Along with Dr. Villanueva and John Madarang, he is one of the co-founders and assumes the position of Chief Marketing Officer. Having been on both sides of the recovery process, Franco is dedicated to creating and communicating the best patient care possible in the greater Memphis area.
